Summer rooibos ice tea

Summerdays are hot and you need to drink a lot of liquid to keep hydrated.  Prepair your own refreshing healthy rooibos ice tea. Use one teabag or teaspoon loose rooibos per 250 ml hot water.  Let the tea brew for about 5 minutes and take out the teabags.  Let it cool down.  Drink cold with some ice cubes and fresh mint or lemonslices added.  

Rooibos is calorie free and has a natural sweet taste - enjoy as much as you like.
